Depending on what we're working on, we may explore your relationship patterns and what drives them — using structured tools including attachment work, values, and parts-based reflection.

Common questions

Before you book

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and what's possible going forward — not on processing the past clinically. I don't work with trauma, psychiatric diagnoses, or clinical mental health conditions. If I think you need something different, I'll tell you that honestly.
Do I need to be in a relationship?
No. Individual coaching is for people at any stage — whether you're single, recently out of a relationship, or in one and wanting to work on yourself rather than the couple dynamic.
How many sessions will I need?
There's no fixed number. Some people come for one session to work through one specific thing. Others return regularly. You book session by session and decide each time whether to continue — there's no obligation either way.
What if I'm in a relationship but my partner isn't ready for couples work?
Individual coaching is the right place to start. The work you do here often shifts what's possible in the relationship anyway — even when only one of you is doing it. If your partner becomes ready later, we can move into couples work then.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel stuck in a pattern you don't fully understand — or one you understand but can't seem to break — coaching is usually a good fit. If you're unsure, send me a message before booking and I'll be straight with you about whether this makes sense.
