An extended session for deeper relational work, conflict navigation, and guided exercises during the session.

For meaningful change, most couples work together for 3–6 months. One-off sessions are available, but lasting results require consistency.

For couples who choose to continue working together, meaningful change often unfolds over approximately 3–6 months, depending on the situation and pace of the couple. This time is typically used to:

  2. learn safer communication and repair tools

  3. rebuild emotional connection and closeness
